Leasing is a great way to deepen your horsemanship and become part of our barn family—without the upfront costs and responsibilities of ownership.

What does a lease entail?

Specially Matched

We will match you with a horse that fits your needs. Our leases are meant to grow with you- when you're ready to level up, you can easily switch your lease horse. Having the opportunity to learn many different breeds and disciplines gives our leasers the opportunity to become well-rounded riders with adaptability at their core.

24 Hour Access

Unlike other leases, you have complete access to your horse. Come hangout at the barn every day of the week!

2 Classes Per Week

Education and learning is the most important thing at Northstar Stables. We host classes at the farm multiple nights per week. You can attend two classes of your choosing per week included in your lease!

Pricing

Please reach out to us for pricing. Our leases cover feed, pasture board, tack, classes, blankets, and any emergency vet calls.

Our leasers pay for the farrier, and two vet days per year for coggins and vaccines.
